We ship handmade oboe reeds and related reed products from Slovakia.

Processing time:
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. As all reeds are handmade, processing time may vary slightly depending on availability and order volume.

Shipping destinations:
We ship to Slovakia, the European Union and selected international destinations.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Estimated delivery times:
Slovakia: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, postal service, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, duties and import taxes:
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
